Against the backdrop of indications that China may increasingly challenge aspects of the U.S.-led security system that has guaranteed Asian stability since the end of World War II, Dr. Chaibong Hahm, director of the Asan Institute for Policy Studies, will provide a Korean view of the implications of China's rise for the U.S.-ROK alliance and security in East Asia.
